Kids Lessons

Lessons are either:

i) paid for upfront at the beginning of each term or when lessons commence, unless discussed otherwise;

ii) paid for via Ezidebit through weekly direct debits* every Friday for the duration of the school term. Payments will be for your child’s lesson the following week.

If a student is unable to attend a lesson and 24 hours notice is given, the lesson can be rescheduled and a make-up lesson given.

If a student is unable to attend a lesson and 24 hours is not given, the lesson will be forfeited.

Creative Kids Vouchers may be used for lessons. The $100 voucher amount will be deducted from the term’s invoice or direct debits will commence once the $100 dollar amount has been used. The first payment will most likely be the balance owing for a lesson. Regular lesson fees will be debited thereafter.

Enrolment will continue into the following term unless written notice is given to cease lessons.

Lesson days and times will continue into the following term unless a new day and time has been requested.

To discontinue lessons for the following term, please give at least 2 weeks written notice.

 

Adult Lessons

Weekly direct debits* every Friday to pay for your lesson the following week.

If a student is unable to attend a lesson, notice needs to be given before Friday of the week prior for the payment to
be suspended.

If a student is unable to attend a lesson and 24 hours notice is given, a lesson can be rescheduled and a make-up
lesson given.

If a student is unable to attend a lesson and 24 hours is not given, the lesson will be forfeited.

To discontinue lessons, please give at least 2 weeks written notice.

 

Group Lessons

Lessons are either:

i) paid for upfront at the beginning of each term or when lessons commence, unless discussed otherwise;

ii) paid for via Ezidebit through weekly direct debits* every Friday for the duration of the school term. Payments will be for your child’s lesson the following week.

If a student is unable to attend a class and 24 hours is given, the next week’s payment will be suspended.

If a student is unable to attend a class and 24 hours notice is not given, the class will be forfeited.

Enrolment will continue into the following term unless written notice is given to cease lessons.

To discontinue lessons for the following term, please give at least 2 weeks written notice.

 

Ezidebit Payments

Direct debits every Friday to pay for the lesson the following week.

Failed payments will be re-debited 3 days after the date of the initial scheduled payment.

To stop payments permanently:

i) Adults need to give 2 weeks notice (2 weeks before the date of your next scheduled debit).

ii) Kids need to give notice at the end of the term if they do not wish to continue lessons the following term.

 

Ezidebit Fees

A one-off direct debit set up fee of $2.20.

Transaction fees as follows:

  • 1.99% per card translation + 44c (Mastercard and Visa)
  • 99c per transaction from a bank account.
  • Failed payment $9.90

 

General

If a student is late to a lesson, that lost time will not be made up.

Any resources given to a student are to be used solely for their home practice or in lessons at Sutherland Shire Singing and are not to be redistributed in any way.

 

*Fortnightly direct debits are available upon request.
